MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah Chairman En. Ridzuan Md Zain chaired the MCPF SPT DLC Meeting #1 2026 / Final Meeting (Term of Office 2023-2026) on Saturday 25th April 2026 from 10. 00 am to 11.30 am at The 27, Lorong Pauh Jaya ½, Taman Pauh Jaya, SPT.

The MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Attendees were; 1. Encik Ridzuan Md. Zain (Chairman); 2. Mr. Thomas Goh Eng Wah (Vice-Chairman II); 3. Puan Nirmala a/p Kuppusamy (Secretary); 4. Mr. Kenny Ho Kee Meng; (Committee Member); 5. Encik Muhammad Farouk Bin Abdullah (Committee Member); and 6. Encik Razalan Muhamad Zain (Committee Member). Also Present was 7. Y.Bhg. Dato’ M. Kaleessvaran (MCPF Penang SLC Member)

This first meeting in 2026 for the SPT DLC was held to discuss pending issues before the AGM on 10th March 2026 and potential the appointment of new committee. This meeting is also the last one as the Term of Office 2023-2026 is expiring.

Matters discussed: 1. The newly SPT DLC will be newly appointed after AGM on 10th March 2026 preceded by appointment of the State Liaison Committee itself. 2. New Letters of Appointment be given to the next DLC through the SPT District Police Chief. 3. MCPF Penang SLC Member YBhg. Dato’ M. Kaleessvaran dropped in to greet the members and appreciated in advance if SPT DLC DLC members will vote for him in the EXCO election in the forthcoming MCPF AGM. 4. The DLC Members were informed that there was a possibility for transportation to be arranged for members attending the AGM. 5. Encik Ridzuan MD Zain as the SPT Chairman informed and reminded that the SPT DLC is now acting in the capacity as “Interim DLC” and to refrain from commitment for any activities or events. 6. As for the Schools Programs / Activities, members were reminded the requirement imposed that the DLC had to comply in seeking the notification of approval before any involvement in such programs / activities. 7. Any expenses incurred for the Programs / Activities especially doing in the schools, it will be best to do it through the invitation by the school PIBG or SPT DLC do it within the budget. The meeting was adjourned at 11.30 am
