MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran was invited to be a Keynote Speaker at a Motivation Seminar organized by Gabungan Persatuan-Persatuan Kaum India (GAPPIN) held on 20th August 2017 at SJKT Ladang Sungai Ular. The participation of Dato’ K. Pulayantran in this program in the neighboring Kedah state township of Kulim was befitting as he has been tasked to reach out to all Tamil Schools in Malaysia by MCPF Federal EXCO.
MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan A/L Moghan was among the invited speakers. Also in attendance were DSP Sapuan (Deputy OCPD, IPD Kulim), ASP Raja (OCS, Kulim) and Encik Subra (Headmaster of SJKT Ladang Sungai Ular). The attendees comprising of 120 pupils sitting for the UPSR Examinations listened with rasp attention to the inspiring words from both Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Paramguru Balan.
