Following two initial meetings between MCPF Penang and MCPF Federal (15^th September 2017 during the TN50 Event in Pulapol and 10^th October 2017 at IPD Seberang Perai Utara, Kepala Batas) on the focus of having a Town Hall Event that allows the audience to interact actively with MCPF and PDRM on topics related to Crime Prevention and general contemporary challenges like Gangsterism, Bullying and Drugs Menace, the Organizing Committee held its 1^st OC Meeting at Bilik Mesyuarat Keselamatan USM. The proposed Agenda, Venue, Date / Time, Speakers, Focused Topics, Target Audience and other Administrative / Logistic items were covered in the meeting chaired by MCPF Penang Chairman Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali. Also in attendance were MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran, Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali, Secretary EL Ching, Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen, SLC Members JM Tan and Paramguru Balan Moghan; Ex-Officio SLC Member Puan Noor Asa Elang of the Chief Government Security Office, Penang; Ex-Officio SLC Member Shalehudin Hj.
