MCPF Penang sincerely appreciates its Vice-Chairman (I) YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah who in his capacity as the Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, IPK Penang was on hand to officiate at the PDRM Community Policing Program of Raja Uda Community Policing and Mak Mandin Community at Pondok Pegawai RUCP, 18 Taman Tanjung Aman, Mak Mandin, SPU, Penang. The community was also honored with the presence of YDH ACP Hj. Noorzainy bin Hj. Mohd Noor, the Seberang Perai Utara OCPD cum SPU DLC Advisor. In attendance was also YDH DSP Saw Hock Tek, Ketua Bahagian JPJKK IPD SPU cum MCPF Penang SPU Vice-Chairman (I), other Senior Officers of JPJKK IPK Penang, Officers from IPD SPU, Amanita IPD SPU and staff of IPD SPU. Representing the community were Encik Koo Teik Seng (Advisor, RUCP), Encik Ooi Yang Ho (Assistant Secretary, RUCP), Volunteer Bomba personnel of Sg. Puyu, Bagan Ajam and Raja Uda and RUCP Members. This event is a catalyst to enhance cooperation, espirit de corp and ties between PDRM and Community Policing Association and the community at large and to emphasize the role of the community in Crime Prevention efforts. The dialog session was engaging, recognition plaques were handed out and a Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP) Registration exercise was also held.
