Sundramoorthy, MCPF Penang SLC Member Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and Malaysian author, speaker and advocate extraordinaire of Sun Tzu’s Art of War – Dr. Khor Kheng-Hor together with his wife.
Dr. Khor Kheng-Hor is a long standing close associate and consultant-trainer-facilitator for the PDRM.
