MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran delivered the Opening Address and Officiated at the “Bengkel Aspirasi Belia Negara” (Aspirations for National Youth Workshop) at ILP Arumugam Pillai, Nibong Tebal, SPS on 16^th November 2019. The event organized by Mitra and Tamil KOSA Association, Penang had 70 Institute students in attendance. Also present was KOSA Chairman Encik Purusuvathman, KOSA Secretary Encik Muniandy and all the Committee Members from KOSA Association. MCPF Penang SLC Member M. Kaleessvaran was amongst various speakers for the event and he delivered a short talk on Crime Prevention amongst the Youths of today.
