MCPF Penang SLC Members Rahumatullah Ibrahim and Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran were invited by Indian NGO to attend a talk on “School Bullying” by Dr. Florence Sinniah and her associate from Befrienders Penang at the SRJ (T) Prai. Over 170 students from their Primary School were in attendance at this meaningful event organized by Indian NGO Pertubuhan Kebajikan Samuthaya Paarvai Malaysia.
