左起蔡炎壮、苏菲安、王宝荣、黎辉蛟及张庆达手持反诈骗海报合影。 槟州警方今年接到最多的诈骗投报案例仍是网络买卖、澳门骗局和招工骗局！ 槟岛东北县警区主任苏菲安透露，根据东北县网络诈骗投报数据，警方在2021年接获5228宗投报，2022年有5861宗投报，今年1至4月，警方则已接获1861宗投报，与2022年同期相比增加100宗。 他周一出席由警方与马来西亚防范罪案基金会（MCPF）及国际狮子会308 B2区联办网络诈骗醒觉活动表示，很多人明知道是骗局，但仍因贪婪而上当。 他举例，有人通过网络向人借钱，要借贷1万令吉，但要先付3万令吉，这不合逻辑，但很多人因为贪婪，还是先付钱，就被骗了。 他强调，警方会持续与非政府组织联办反诈骗活动醒觉活动，让更多人醒觉，降低诈骗投报，但若民众仍被贪婪所误，今年诈骗的投报仍会持续上升。 网诈案一直飙升 马来西亚防范罪案基金会东北县主任蔡炎壮表示，国内网络诈骗案一直飙升，该会推动全民反诈骗醒觉活动，并向人民倡导反诈骗，以提防成为网络诈骗的受害者。 他说，新冠疫情期间更促成网络诈骗活动的猖獗，逐年增长的趋势明显可见。如今诈骗手法层出不穷，尽管政府相关单位、媒体及社会组织不断提醒民众要时刻谨防有诈，但依然有很多人不幸沦为诈骗案的受害者。 他指出，受害者中不乏高知识分子，辛苦赚来的钱血本无归，他希望透过推动全民反诈骗醒觉活动，能起着抛砖引玉效果，引起社会各个阶层的高度关注，携手透过各个管道提升民众对诈骗防范及自我保护的意识。 出席者包括马来西亚防范罪案基金会槟城分会主席王宝荣、国际狮子会308 B2区总监黎辉蛟及第二专区主席张庆达等。 This article first appeared on KwongWah.
