In a Ceramah Program organized for ‘Pelatih-pelatih’ of Asrama Akhlak Paya Terubong on 19^th July 2018, YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, Head of Department, JPJKK PDRM Penang (cum MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman [I]) delivered a motivating and inspirational speech to youths as the center who faced difficulties in life and had been exposed to wayward ways. The talk was meant to inculcate a sense of hope for the future, how to think more positively and to be guided spiritually for a better life. Dato’ Anil Shah also emphasized on the positive habit of reading and being visionary of their life. A short talk was also delivered by crime prevention advocate (and close friend of MCPF) Professor Khoo Kheng-Hor. Police Officers in attendance included Supt. Saw Hock Tek (PT Kepolisan Komuniti, JPJKK IPK P. Pinang [also the ex-Officio MCPF Penang SLC Member]) and Sjn. Azizan bin Ghazali (JPJKK, Timur Laut).

Other Public personalities / NGOs included Encik Mohd Nazri bin Ali (Pengetua Asrama Akhlak Paya Terubong), Cik Athirah Azhar (Pengerusi Pertubuhan Mendidik Kanak-kanak Pulau Pinang), Cik Priscilla Ho (Ahli Terapi Pertubuhan Mendidik Kanak-kanak Pulau Pinang, Goh Hoe Eng (Deputy Chairman, Community Policing, Penang [and incidentally a dedicated member of MCPF SPT DLC]) and the Pelatih-pelatih of Asrama Akhlak Paya Terubong, Pulau Pinang.
