We take our hats off to MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching for his stupendous efforts in supporting this Chinese New Year 2018 Community Policing Program at Dewan Gelanggang Akira, Seberang Jaya, SPT in the late afternoon of Saturday 10^th March 2018. Yes the same day as the MCPF AGM held earlier at the Police Academy in Cheras, KL. In attendance were YBhg. Datuk Hj. Mohd Zaidi bin Hj. Mohd Said (Pengerusi Majlis Pembangunan Parlimen Permatang Pauh); YDH ACP Nik Ros Azhan bin Nik Abd. Hamid (OCPD, SPT); EL Ching together with MCPF Penang SPT DLC Secretary Jacob Pao and Member Goh Hoe Eng; Senior Officers and Public Officials from SPT; over 200 beneficiaries and over 500 from the general public. EL Ching took the opportunity to introduce MCPF to those present.
