MCPF Penang Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali accompanied by Datin, and MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPS DLC Vice-Chairman (II) Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and his daughter attended the Chinese Lunar New Year Open House at SPICE Arena on 16^th February 2018. They met up with Penang CPO YDH CP Dato’ A. Thaiveegan and Datin and Barat Daya OCPD YDH Supt. A. Anbalagan and his wife. The spirit of togetherness was apparent in this Celebration.
