MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching represented MCPF in a Community Policing / High Profile Policing (HPP) Crime Prevention Program organized by RMP SPT at Giatmara Bukit Mertajam, Machang Bubok on 2^nd July 2019. In his address to the audience, Dr. EL Ching touched on the future winning potential of Giatmara trainees, tips on avoiding crimes, dangers of drug abuse and to refrain from bullying activities.
