MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan who is also an active Committee Member of Gabungan Persatuan-Persatuan Kaum India Malaysia (GAPPIN) delivered a talk in a seminar entitled “Always Beware of Your Surroundings” at Kolej Komuniti Kulim on 1^st October 2017. The Seminar incorporated VSP sharing by the PDRM. The main Theme was “Jauhi Jenayah demi Kesejateraan Masa Depan”.
