MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman / MCPF (Federal) EXCO Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran was invited to participate as one of the Panel Members in an RTM Tamil Broadcast Vasantham on 1st February 2020. The Panel Members present focused on the safety and security aspects of Thaipusam Festival and effective crime prevention efforts that were being deployed. Kudos and Well Done!
