The Celebration of Deepavali – The Festival of Lights is in October 2017. At a Deepavali Celebration with the Community on 11th October 2017 was our MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman cum Seberang Perai Selatan DLC Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPF SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan. Officiating at this festivity was YB P. Ramasamy, Penang Deputy Chief Minister II; YBhg Dato’ Mansor bin Hj. Othman (MP for Nibong Tebal), OCS from Jawi, IPD Seberang Perai Selatan ASP Gowin, Members from Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai (MPSP) and various NGOs.
