Dato’ K. Pulayantran, Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and Munusamy Muniandy were in attendance to meet the public celebrating Thaipusm Holy Festival of faith, penance and repentance in Penang along Jalan Utama (Western Road) on January 24^th 2016.  They took the opportunity to interact and hand out 1,500 copies of a valuable MCPF Pocket Book entitled ‘100 Tips Keselamatan Jenayah’ (‘100 Crime Safety Tips’).  MCPF Penang as always worked closely with the Royal Malaysia Police to ensure a smooth and crime-free celebration.
