MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPS DLC Secretary Paramguru Balan Moghan was once again seen to be with the community in his busy NGO schedule. He was invited in his capacity as Deputy President of GAPPIN (Gabungan Persatuan-Persatuan India) Negeri Kedah and in recognition of his MCPF roles to attend a High Profile Policing Program launched by YDH CP Dato; Zainal Abidin bin Kasim, CPO of Kedah Darul Aman at IPD Kulim alongside with local community leaders. Paramguru Balan’s presence, emphasized by his passion for Crime Prevention efforts, underlined the importance of good neighborhood cooperation and co-existence – Kulim being the immediate neighbor of Seberang Perai’s Bukit Mertajam community.
