MCPF Penang SLC Member / Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan was invited by the Lions Club of Penang Island New Century to deliver a Crime Prevention Talk at the Lions Club ‘Peace Poster Contest’ at 1st Avenue, George Town on 24th September 2022. James Mohan spoke on Crime Prevention whilst PDRM representative spoke on Cyber Scam.
