In an event touted as the 6^th in a series of Meeting and having a Dialogue with various Indian NGOs in Penang for 2018, MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran in his capacity as the Patron for the Penang Karate Goju Ryu Association alongside MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan in his role as its Advisor were again in the forefront of being where disciplined sports bring better mental, physical and behavioral fortitudes. They were both in attendance at a Karate ‘Grading’ Event cum Anti-Bullying Campaign held at SM Perwira, Seberang Perai Selatan on 7^th April 2018 mingling positively with parents, NGOs and Penang Media. Also present were Karate Grand Master Soke Ananthan, Karate Master Stalin and Dato’ Andy.
