MCPF Penang SLC Member cum Barat Daya DLC James Mohan chaired the MCPF South-West DLC Quarterly Meeting 01/2020 at the Free Industrial Zone (FIZ) Police Service Centre, Bayan Lepas FIZ Phase IV on 10th February 2020. In attendance were ASP Mazlan Fadzilah, Ketua Bahagian PJKK DBD cum Vice-Chairman (I) MCPF Barat Daya DLC; Vice-Chairman (II) Jarmy Goh; Velayit Hussein bin Haja Mydin, Secretary; DLC Members William Hoe Chin Kwan, J. Philip Vincent and Tuan Rozaimi bin Che Mat, PPD [HEM] DBD. Also invited were Kpl Nazir, FIZ Police Service Centre Chief and Tuan Fahrin Zabidi, PPD (Disiplin) DBD. Key agenda included the review of Barat Daya DLC 2019 ‘Scorecard’, discussion of activities and plans for 2020 and other matters arising.
