MCPF Penang Advisor YBhg. Dato’ Dr. P. Sundramoorthy and MCPF Penang SLC ex-officio (USM) Assoc. Prof Dr. Azeem Farouk were both invited to present matters related to Index Crime and Threshold Level of Crime (TLC) at Kompleks Cahaya Siswa, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) on 6th October 2023. This PDRM Criminal Investigation Department retreat was helmed by Bukit Aman’s Director of Criminal Investigation Department YDH CP Dato’ Seri Shuhaily bin Mohd Zain. The subject matter is one that is ongoing with the office of CID Director.
