MCPF Penang extends its heartiest congratulations to its Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran on his being awarded the Darjah Gemilang Pangkuan Negeri (DGPN) which carries the title “Dato’ Seri” in the 21^st July 2021 announcement by the Penang State Government in conjunction with the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak’s 72^nd birthday. Tahniah also goes to its SLC Member Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran on his being awarded the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN) which carries the title Dato’. Both gentlemen have given yeomen’s service to the community and are deserving reciepients of their State Awards. It is also noteworthy and truly commendable that the recently transferred Penang Chief Police Officer YDH CP Dato’ Sahabudin bin Abd Manan was also duly recognized and is a reciepient of the Darjah Gemilang Pangkuan Negeri (DGPN).
