MCPF Penang congratulates its SLC Member cum Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan on the media update of him being a worthy reciepient of the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (P.K.T.) Award being conferred in conjunction with the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak’s 72nd birthday.
