‘Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, Healthy Lifestyle’ – these were the key message from MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran when he officiated at the Northern Region (Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak) Silambam Porr Kalai Open Championships at C-Mart, Nibong Tebal, SPS on 21^st Sept 2019. An advocate of disciplined youth upbringing, Dato’ K. Pulayantran underlined the importance of the youths of today to become future productive and socially responsible adults of our nation. Amongst those present were National Chairman Silambam Porr Kalai Grand Master N. Mooralitharan and Master R. Kavikumar.
