
MCPF Penang extends its Heartiest Congratulations to YDH IG Dato’ Seri Hj. Mohd Khalid bin Hj. Ismail on his appointment as the nation’s 15th IGP on 23rd June 2025. He succeeds Tan Sri Razarudin Husain who has retired after his tenure of office. MCPF Penang looks forward to the continuing unique working relationship with the Royal Malaysia Police – from the Inspector-General of Police as our MCPF Deputy Chairman to the Chief Police Officers as the Advisors to the respective State Liaison Committees to every OCPDs as their respective District Liaison Committee Chairmen.

MCPF Penang also extend their Heartfelt Thanks to Tan Sri Razarudin and wish him every success in his future endeavours. MCPF Penang also extends its Warm Congratulations to YDH CP Datuk Hj. Hamzab bin Hj. Ahmad on his appointment as Bukit Aman’s Director of the Integrity and Standards Compliance Department which he took office on 25th June 2025. We thank him for his support and mentoring as MCPF Penang’s Honorary Advisor in his previous capacity as Penang’s Chief Police Officer. Syabas and all the Best!
