Thaiveegan, CPO Penang himself were MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran, Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali; Secretary EL Ching; SLC Members Paramguru Balan Moghan and Munusamy Muniandy as well as MCPF Member Syed Abdul Rahman Syed Jaafar.
