August 2019 was a busy month for the Organizing Committee of the forthcoming 5^th International Security Seminar to be held at The Wembley, A St. Giles Hotel, George Town on 24^th / 25^th September 2019. In the 5 meetings convened, the OC has managed to finalize the Speakers and their Topics for the 2-Day Seminar. Participation drive has been put into high gear. This is also the first time that on-line PayPal transaction for registration / payment has been incorporated. Efforts have also been made to garner advertisement support for the publication of the Seminar Program book.
