MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPT DLC Treasurer Ridzuan Md Zain represented MCPF Penang to participate in the ‘Penang 2030 Strategic Initiative Workshop’ at Cititel Penang on 22nd Oct 2019. This one-day program organized by the Penang State Secretary Office has organized along 4 breakout sessions with various thematic focus. These encompassed A) Increase liveability to enhance quality of life; B) Upgrade the economy to raise household incomes; C) Empower people to strengthen civic participation; and D) Invest in built environment to improve resilience. Each of these Themes were supported by 4 different Strategic Initiatives. Ridzuan Md Zain was amongst those deliberating upon the Theme ‘Increase liveability to enhance quality of life’ zooming in on the Strategic Initiative to ‘Continue to Improve Public Safety and Cleanliness’.
