MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran had the honor of delivering the ‘Closing Address’ at a Program Kerohanian Klien Kaum India (Indian Client Spiritual Program) at Dewan Gandhi (Gandhiji Ashram), Jalan Kebun Bunga, Penang on 12^th September 2022. Other MCPF Penang members present were Munusamy Muniandy (MCPF Penang SLC / SPU DLC Chairman), Peter Paul Arokiyasamy (Timur Laut DLC) and Haribalan Gopal (SPU DLC). Also present was Thanabalan Nanda Kumar (Chairman, Malaysia Hindudharma Mamandram, Penang). Speakers included Lalithawahy Kunaseela (Head of AADK North-East District), Sjn. Punithan (Narcotics Department, IPD Timur Laut) and Swamy Mahendra (Founder of Malaysia Sri Aathi Sankarar Thirumadam). The official address was delivered by Lalilhawathy Kunaseela and followed by the Guest Speakers Sjn. Punithan and Swamy Mahendra. In the closing speech, Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran stressed on the importance of drug users being rehabilitated and to return to their families and society at large. He also touched on Crime Prevention Awareness to the audience present.
