MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman / MCPF EXCO Member Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPF Penang SLC Member M. Kaleessvaran attended the SPS District Level ‘Program SEPAKAT@Komuniti bersama Unit Transformasi Masyarakat India Malaysia (MITRA) organized by the Penang State Communications Department at SM Methodist Nibong Tebal on 23^rd October 2019. This event was held with the primary objective of enhancing the public understanding of the functions and initiatives of the Unit Transformasi Masyarakat India Malaysia (MITRA).
