Datuk Rozan Ali Yusof and State Secretary YBhg. Datuk Zulfifli Long witnessed the swearing-in ceremony held at Dewan Sri Pinang on 1^st May 2025. Present at the swearing-in ceremony was YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang. Also present at the swearing-in ceremony were Deputy Chef Minister 1 YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Abdul Hamid, Deputy Chief Minister II YB Jagdeep Singh Deo and other dignitaries. TYT Tun had received his Instrument of Appointment at a ceremony held earlier on 24^th April 2024 from His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia at Dewan Singgahsana Kecil, Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur which was attended by Prime Minister YAB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Penang Chief Minister Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, and, Chief Secretary to the Government YBhg. Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas. Also present were the Speaker of the Upper House of Parliament (Dewan Negara) YB Senator Dato’ Awang Bernee Awang Ali Basah, the Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament (Dewan Raykat) YB Tan Sri Johari Abdul, the Minister of Human Resource YB Tuan Steven Sim Chee Keong, and, the Deputy Minister of Finance YB Puan Lim Hui Ying.
