MCPF Penang Secretary Dr. EL Ching represented MCPF Penang and held a collaboration meeting with Ms Regina Hoo, Deputy Editor of Penang Monthly Magazine to discuss on possible promotion and publicity awareness of Crime Prevention in the said publication. The two hours meeting was held at the Penang Institute, Jalan Brown on 14th February 2020.
