MCPF Penang extends its heartiest congratulations to its Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman Ching Eng Leong upon the confirmation from USM’s University Senate that he had passed and fulfilled all the requirements for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. He would be a proud reciepient during the University’s upcoming 57th Convocation Ceremony. A splendid culmination indeed of a ‘7 Years Journey’ of continuous learning. And now, we can all say that we have a PhD within our midst Dr. Ching Eng Leong, PhD.
