The Penang Security Practitioners Association (PENSEC) held its 8th AGM at Hotel Seri Malaysia on 11th January 2017. Barat Daya Deputy OCPD YDH Supt. Siti Noor Salawati bte Saad delivered the Keynote Address to the attendees. She encouraged PENSEC to work closely with PDRM (especially Barat Daya) and other bodies like the FREPENCA Security Conveners and MCPF to help combat crime not only within the Industry and factories but also other entities and service providers like the Hotels, Cargo / Transportation service providers and Security companies. MCPF Penang SLC Member cum Barat Daya District Liaison Committee (DLC) Chairman James Mohan presented a short talk on Target Hardening.

MCPF Penang SLC Member JM Tan – presiding as the incumbent PENSEC Deputy Chairman presented a token of appreciation to YDH Supt. Siti Noor Salawati bte Saad. Another MCPF SLC Member Rahumatullah Ibrahim was confirmed as the new Deputy Chairman whilst MCPF SLC Secretary Rosli Mohamed Ali will be one of the two Auditors. Also in attendance was Ordinary MCPF Member Matthew Selvaretnam of Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya.
