MCPF Penang State Liaison Committee Members met up with District Liaison Committee Members from the 5 Districts of Penang (Timur Laut, Barat Daya, SPU, SPT and SPS) at Networking Meeting and Gathering hosted by the Chief Government Security Office at Bilik Gerakan, 4^th Floor, Federal Government Building, Anson Road at 2:00 pm 12^th September 2017.

MCPF Penang Chairman Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali welcomed all in attendance together with Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Vice-Chairman (I) SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah. Inspector Azman Mohd Kayat JPJKK IPK Penang helped to share Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP) Application with DLC Members present. The History, Background and Key Objectives of MCPF, its formation and the Organizational Chart of both MCPF Penang SLC and the DLCs by Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Ali. Secretary EL Ching cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching gave a short guideline pertaining to the smooth running of DLCs. Prior to a Light Refreshment Break, DLC Members present did a self-introduction. This special meeting / gathering ended at 4:30 pm after a Q&A Session.
