MCPF Penang North-East District Liaison Committee (AJK Perhubungan Daerah Timur Laut) held its 2^nd Meeting at the Penang Eurasian Association on 26^th February 2016. In the short, yet effective meeting, focus was placed on 2018 plans. The TLDCLC members present Chairman JM Tan, Secretary Ronald Cecil Aeria, Treasurer Joseph Sawaremuthu, and DLC Members Ridzuan Md Zain, Kathiraveloo Thangiah and Peter Paul Arokiyasamy brainstormed and covered plans that would encompass: 1. the successful execution of the Batu Lanchang Community Outreach Program (in collaboration with PDRM, JKKK, RT, Residents’ Associations and MBPP); 2. Schools / Colleges collaborating with PDRM’s IPD Timur Laut JPJKK PPS (Pegawai Perhubungan Sekolah / School Liaison Officer) Program and JPNPP HEM Timur Laut; and 3. PDRM’s “Memperkasakan Bandar Selamat” Program for one chosen Zone within the North-East District together with MBPP.
