MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching, SLC Member cum SPU DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy and SLC Member cum SPS DLC Secretary Paramaguru Balan Moghan represented MCPF Penang when they visited the father of MCPF (Federal) EXCO cum Chairman of the Safe City Initiative Committee Dato’ Sri Johny Ch’ng Ewe Gee who was at Island Hospital. This simple gesture undoubtedly reflected that MCPF Penang is an NGO with a ‘Heart’ and the rest of the SLC Members would like to place on record their sincere thanks to these three gentlemen.
