MCPF Penang warmly welcomes the new Inspector-General of Police YDH IG Tan Sri Razarudin bin Husain and the new Deputy IGP YDH DIG Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay whose appointments effective 23rd June 2023 were announced by the Minister of Home Affairs YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail (Chairman of MCPF). As per Article 8 (a) Provisions Relating to Executive Council of MCPF of MCPF Constitution “The Patron shall have the prerogative of having to appoint a Chairman of the Foundation and such person to be appointed as a Chairman shall be holding office as a Minister. The Inspector-General of Police shall be appointed as the ex-officio Deputy Chairman and the Deputy Inspector-General of Police shall assume the duty and function as the Deputy Chairman during the absence of Inspector-General of Police. MCPF Penang looks forward to the continuing and enhanced progress and success of MCPF with the new IGP and Deputy IGP.
