At an MCPF EXCO Meeting held on 14^th February 2022 ‘Standing / Ad hoc Committee’ Chairpersons and 14 State Liaison Committee Chairmen were appointed and announced. Also announced was the Honorary Secretary and Executive Secretary appointees. MCPF Penang congratulates and wishes all the very best and looks forward to continued success of MCPF. For MCPF Penang, the news is that Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ong Poh Eng has been named to helm its State Liaison Committee. Let us look forward to continuity and further successes in MCPF Penang’s Crime Prevention Awareness Programs, Events and Activities. Article 14. Standing /Ad hoc Committee states “The Chairman of the Foundation may from time to time set up as many Standing / Ad hoc Committees and appoint the Chairman of each Standing / Ad hoc Committee for the purpose of carrying and achieving various functions and objectives of the Foundation.” On 14^th February Chairman of 12 Standing / Ad hoc Committees were announced i.e. Management; Administration and Operation; Finance and Fund Raising; Youth, Women and Children; Research and Publication; Training and Development; Cyber Crimes; Safe City; Membership; Crime Prevention Club; Drug-related Crime Prevention; and, Rehabilitation of Offenders.
