
MCPF Penang welcomes the appointments of YDH SAC Baharudin bin Mustapha and DSP Noorhamasiren binti Boonthnam Ekkasook as MCPF Honorary Secretary and MCPF Executive Secretary respectively. Continued close rapport, collaboration and cooperation with MCPF Secretariat harkens. We wish SAC Baharudin and DSP Noorhamasiren success in their tenure. As outlined in MCPF Constitution Article 9. Provisions Relating to Office Bearers (a) (iii) “The Honorary Secretary shall be responsible for all administration matters, relating to the Foundation. He/She shall attend to all correspondence and keep and maintain all books, registers, letters and document except for those relating to the accounts and finances of the Foundation. He/She shall attend all meetings of the Foundation and keep minutes of such meetings. He/She shall be authorised to be co-signatory for all cheques and withdrawal notices from the bank account(s) of the Foundation as provided for in Article 5 (b).” Article 9 (a) (iv) states “The Executive Secretary will assist the Honorary Secretary in the discharge of his/her duties and deputise for the Honorary Secretary in the latter’s absence.”
