MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching attended short Crime Prevention Program at SMK Permai Indah, Bukit Minyak on 25th September 2019. This event where MCPF SPT DLC Member Jacob Pao delivered a talk on ‘Bullying’ was held part of a series of events to promote ‘Program Bandar Selamat’ (Safe City) in celebration of the upgrade of Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai (MPSP) to Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai (MBSP). The 800 Secondary students and the Teachers of SMK Permai Indah were also given motivation and guidance by the school’s PIBG Chairman and Pegawai Kanan Pentadbiran. The proceedings was officially closed by MBSP Secretary Puan IR Hajah Rosnani.
