MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching attended a meeting on 16th November 2018 with Pasukan Keselamatan Kanak-kanak, SPT Welfare Department to deliberate on strategies of Crime Prevention Programs for Children in 2018. EL Ching, in his recently added voluntary capacity as the appointed Child Welfare Team Member for SPT (2018-2020) gave his commitment that MCPF SPT DLC would be giving the successful cooperation and support needed to ensure that the noble outreach programs on the Safety of Children.
