MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan DLC had an engagement with the RMP Crime Prevention and Community Safety Division of IPD SPS and the Chairman of Kampung Ladang Kalidonia, Nibong Tebal on Friday 20th June 2025 from 10:00 am till end of event at the Dewan Kuil Aramigu Annai Maha Mariamman, Ladang Caledonia, Nibong Tebal. In attendance from BPJKKD IPD SPS were 1. Insp. Muhamad Helmi bin Zainudin, KC OP / KSS BPJKKD; 2. S/Insp Kanagasundaram a/l Jayaram, BPJKKD; and 3. Sjn. Hamizan bin And Rahman, BPJKKD. MCPF SPS DLC had its 1. Chairman Mr. Paramaguru Balan Moghan and its 2. DLC Member Mr. Cheong Yu Hoo present. The Ladang Kalidonia community attendees from its Residence Association were 1. Mr. Jevan a/l Tanimalai, Chairman, and 2. Mr. Thiagaraja a/l Jayaraman, Committee Member.

The Key Objectives were 1. To discuss plans to meet up with the residents of Ladang Kalidonia and to hold future Crime Prevention programs; and 2. To distribute Crime Prevention and Scam Awareness pamphlets and to promote such awareness. In conclusion, the dialogue session proceeded smoothly with the Ladang Kalidonia community leaders aspiring to work closely with RMP and NGOs in particular MCPF SPS to realize such programs in the near future.
