MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan DLC welcomes the appointment of new SPS OCPD where the handing over ceremony from outgoing OCPD YDH Supt. Chong Boo Khim over to incoming OCPD YDH Acting Supt. Jay January Siowou was officiated and witnessed by YDH CP Datuk Hamzah bin Hj. Ahmad (Chief Police Officer, Penang) on 20^th February 2025 at the Main Hall, IPD SPS. MCPF Penang and MCPF SPS looks forward to its continued collaboration and cooperation with PDRM Pulau Pinang and PDRM SPS with MCPF’s unique NGO linkage with the Royal Malaysia Police where the Inspector-General of Police YDH IG Tan Sri Razarudin bin Husain is MCPF (Federal) Deputy-Chairman; the State CPO is MCPF Penang’s Honorary Advisor and the respective OCPDs of the 5 Districts are the District Liaison Committees’ Advisor. MCPF SPS wishes Tuan Supt. Chong Boo Khim best wishes in his well earned retirement and thank him for his splendid support to its various Crime Prevention Awareness Programs and Activities.
