MCPF Penang Secretary / SPT DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching paid a courtesy call to the Office of the SPT Health Department in Bukit Mertajam on 28^th February 2020 afternoon. He had a positive discussion with Dr. Norsilah binti Sudin (Medical and Health Officer in charge of Non-Communicable Disease) and her staff to explore the opportunity to organize program on child abuse, domestic violence and mental health. This is a perspective that can be ventured by MCPF and one that will be able to focus on a program for women.
