MCPF Penang Secretary cum Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Chairman Dr. Ching Eng Leong was an attendee supporting the Agensi Anti-Dadah Kerajaan (AADK) Penang initiated a two hours discussion held at Café Route 69m Bandar Perda – Bukit Mertajam, SPT on 16^th December 2020. The Penang State AADK Director Puan Elmariah Chung officiated the discussion focusing on “Projek Rintis Guar Perahu”. This session was held with about 40 representatives from various Government Agencies and NGOs who reviewed the various initiatives and programs being planned for 2021. Dr. EL Ching represented MCPF and was given the opportunity to 1) promote crime prevention awareness for the community at Guar Perahu and 2) initiate ‘Sudut Anti-Dadah in 4 Secondary Schools and 4 Primary Schools in Guar Perahu.
