MCPF SPT DLC supports AADK SPT Education Segment Program at SMA Al-Maahadul Islam, Tasek Junjong

MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah District Liaison Committee (DLC) represented by its DLC Chairman Encik Ridzuan Md Zain and its DLC Member Encik Muhammad Farouk bin Abdullah supported the National Anti-Drugs Agency Seberang Perai Tengah District Program “Security is our Joint Responsibility” under Education Segment which coincided with a Program In Reducing KBT (Kawasan Berisiko Tinggi / High Risk Area) Drug Addiction in Mukim 16 Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah. This is within the roadmap of this identified “Greening of Red Zone” focus for 2025. This Program “CERAMAH PROGRAM KESELAMATAN TANGGUNGJAWAB BERSAMA SEGMEN PENDIDIKAN PROGRAM PENGURANGAN KBT PENAGIHAN DADAH MUKIM 16 DAERAH SEBERANG PERAi TENGAH” was held on Wednesday 30/07/2025 at SMA AI-Maahadul lslam, Tasek Junjong, MK 16, SPT from 8.00 am – 11.00 am. In attendance were School Teachers 1. Pn. Masdura Binti Mat Saffar – PK HEM; 2. En. Mohamad Amiru Husni bin Azmi; 3. Pn. Amalina Safina binti Mohamad Naser; 4. Pn. Zaharah binti Omar with the targeted audience of 88 Students (38 Male & 50 Female). Present from AADK Daerah SPT were 1. Pn. Suraiti binti Ahmed Rasidi – Penolong Pegawai AntiDadah SPT; 2. En. Noi Boon Nam A/L Nai Jeem; and, 3. Pn. Siti Noor Aishah binti Md. Noor.

The Key Objectives and Activities included: 1. fostering a good practice by disseminating information about drugs abuse/menace and security awareness. 2. A reminder to the students to avoid involvement in immoral behaviours and insights of threats of drugs usage that could lead to being an incorrigible person; 3. Inducing the love for our Nation by making the students shoulder the responsibility of stable security and avoidance of negative issues; 4. A briefing by MCPF in this program as a preventive measure and a reminder from being involved in bullying by the student – realistic threat that has to be taken seriously; 5. To have knowledge and awareness of the 4 types of bullying; and, 6. Culminating in an experiential learning with a Role Play that was being done by the student in each of the segments so that the student had greater consciousness / awareness to avoid bullying.
