A meeting was held on Monday 11^th November 2024 at the North Seberang Perai IPD HQ between MCPF SPU DLC and PDRM IPD SPU to plan on the upcoming program “Pembentukan Sahsiah Diri Peringkat Daerah SPU” (“Personal Character Building – North Seberang Perai District). PDRM were represented by YDH DSP Siti Zaleha binti Hamzah, Division Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety / MCPF SPS DLC Vice-Chairman (II) ex-officio; ASP Norfaizal bin Mohd (SPU District MPV Division Head); and, Kpl. Khairul Ilham bin Khalid, SPU District PJKK. Mr. Muniandy Munusamy, Chairman, MCPF SPU DLC facilitated the meeting. The attendees were updated that Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD) SPU would choose the school to host and which schools would be participating and the decision announced was that SMK Datuk Haji Abdul Kadir would be hosting the program targeting 10 participating schools with 10 students per school namely; 1. SMK Datuk Haji Abdul Kadir; 2. SMK Tasek Gelugor; 3. SMK Bertam Perdana; 4. SMK Dato’ Kailan; 5. SJK(C) Mak Mandin; 6. SMK St. Mark; 7. SMK Kampung Selamat; 8. SMK Permatang Tok Jaya; 9. SMK Pokok Sena; and 10. SMK Sri Muda. This program will be the ‘Main Event’ as collaboratively planned by Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Pulau Pinang (JPNPP) and MCPF Penang to be rolled out.
