MCPF Daerah Timur Laut led by its DLC Chairman Dato’ Felix Chuah Gim Chuan participated in the “Pelancaran Sahsiah Terpuji” (“Commendable Character Launch”) Program at SMK Air Itam, Pulau Pinang on Wednesday 27th August 2025 from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. In attendance from MCPF Northeast District Liaison Committee were DTL Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Felix Chuah; DTL Vice-Chairman (II) Ms. Sally Ng Chit Peng; DTL Secretary Mr. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy; and DTL Member Encik Adriel Albert Jefryzal bin Abdullah. ASP Karunakaran Govindasamy, the OCS of Balai Polis Air Itam was also present. JPNPP was represented by Tuan Hj. Mohd Roslan Darus (Officer, Student Affairs). SMK Air Itam Principal Tuan Shabri bin Mohd Idris hosted the program together with YBhg. Datin Saida binti Kader Mydin, the School’s Senior Assistant. The Program commenced with NegaraKu and Untuk Negeri Kita followed by the Welcoming Speech by Datin Saida bin Kader Mydin and Doa recital by a student.

Dato’ Felix Chuah officiated the launching of the Campaign by delivering the opening speech and Releasing of the banner and the handing out of certificates and gifts to the students who had achieved the “Sasiah Terpuji” criteria. During his speech Dato’ Felix stressed on the importance of good character, discipline, behaviour, being respectful and ensuring proper communication to be a good student and value added citizens.
