The Penang Indian PIBG (Persatuan Ibu-Bapa Guru) [Parents-Teachers Association] organized a half-day “Motivation and Self-Development Workshop” for Indian students of SM Bandar Tasek Mutiara, Simpang Ampat on 16th February 2017. In attendance were MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (II) Dato’ K. Pulayantran, SLC Members Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran, Rahumatullah bin Ibrahim and Munusamy Muniandy. Also present was MCPF Member from Seberang Perai Tengah Paramguru Balan Moghan. Dato’ K. Pulayantran delivered the Opening Speech whilst Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran delivered a talk covering “Basic Crime Prevention for Secondary Schools” to an audience of teachers and problematic Indian school students.
